
Business Development Lead

The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project status within the IT department, collaborating with operations managers and tower leaders to manage and report on project progress under the IT Program portfolio.
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the IT Program Manager and be an integral part of the IT Project Management Organization.
- Develop best practices and tools for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.
- Present and communicate updates on critical projects status to senior management.
- Provide guidance to business governance committees for prioritization of projects in the portfolio and related schedule, advising them on existing resource demand and other constraints, project dependencies, and risks.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience utilizing knowledge, process management systems (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Industry standard Project Management Certifications such as PMP is an added value.
- Min. 6 years of experience in business analysts' roles for IT Software and Infrastructure projects.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in working automation toolsets would be an added advantage.
- Preferred experience in design/deployment business process responsibilities involving complex requirements assessment, process/procedure design, and implementation within the technology services industry.
