As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming requests from multiple channels using a ticketing tool to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, alerts, and problems using standard reporting methods.
  • Address and escalate issues promptly, utilizing checklists to ensure proper problem resolution.
  • Work in accordance with industry standards and quality management systems to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide expert technical support for users with knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and their components.
  • Coordinate tickets to closure while supporting users with logging incidents, requests, and changes.
Requirements:
  • Adherence to French Time zone and familiarity with France's Holiday calendar.
