AI Software Engineering Lead

We are looking for a skilled AI software engineering lead to design and deliver scalable applications powered by artificial intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end AI-powered solutions using various technologies.
  • Build, integrate, and deploy large language models (LLMs), retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents.
  • Design and implement APIs, backend services, and data pipelines using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Create interactive user interfaces with React.js / Next.js.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, vector databases, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply machine learning techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection).
  • Mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices in software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in full-stack development and AI/ML.
  • Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React.js/Next.js.
  • Proven experience in generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).
  • Solid foundation in traditional machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Cloud, CI/CD, and containerization experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.
