We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team in building cutting-edge web applications. This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of skilled developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces.
  • Backend Services Architecture: Design and implement robust backend services using Python and Node.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Front-End Development: Build dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js, focusing on responsiveness, usability, and accessibility.
  • Database Management: Design and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, optimizing performance and data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Professional Growth and Development: Stay updated with the latest technology trends, advocate for best engineering practices, and ensure technical documentation and architectural diagrams are well maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development, hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices, deep understanding of PostgreSQL, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring developers.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
