Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineering Leader to oversee our development team's efforts and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role involves architecting solutions that align with modern standards and best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Design and architect solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging expertise in NodeJS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge in NodeJS, React, and Vue.js, with hands-on experience in NodeJS.
  • AWS Proficiency: Utilize the AWS ecosystem to build and deploy scalable applications, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, SNS, S3, and more.
  • Development Lifecycle: Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Design Patterns: Apply a thorough understanding of design patterns to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
  • Test Automation and CI/CD: Integrate test automation into the development process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database Skills: Demonstrate strong SQL development skills, including writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, and designing normalized databases.
  • NoSQL Datastores: Work with NoSQL datastores like MongoDB and Elastic Search, and KV storage engines like Redis and DynamoDB.
  • Full Stack Development: Engage in full-stack development across databases, front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, and cloud platforms.
