Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our AI Agents platform using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces. Your expertise in building and deploying AI Agents to support various use cases across the organization will be essential in driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Main Task: Design, develop, and maintain our AI Agents platform using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces.
  • AI Deployment: Build and deploy AI Agents to support a variety of use cases across the organisation.
  • Code Review: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure product excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar development role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
  • Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.
  • Project Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Testing: Strong commitment to automated testing (unit and functional tests).
  • Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
