Job Title: Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage healthcare staffing programs, ensuring smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing staffing programs, particularly within Client-Specific Units (CSU) and MSP workflows.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships with clients, MSP partners, and internal recruiting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requisitions via VMS platforms (HWL, Fieldglass, Beeline, ShiftWise, etc.)
  • Ensure timely submission of candidates in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Track and monitor requisitions to achieve fill rates and cycle time goals
  • Resolve escalations involving compliance, onboarding, or billing concerns

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7+ years in US healthcare staffing with hands-on CSU/HWL MSP experience
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of VMS tools (HWL, ShiftWise, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) and MSP workflows
  • Proven success in managing MSP-driven staffing programs (nursing, allied, locums, or non-clinical)
  • Strong relationship-building, client engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
