Job Title: Globalization Project Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead our globalization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology platforms to deliver high-quality localized content on time.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain translation memories, glossaries, and style guides to ensure linguistic consistency across all products.
  • Oversee the entire localization process, from content preparation to delivery, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed and quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and support teams.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with TMS tools like Smartling and XTM.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows, translation memories, and terminology management.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
