Job Title: Data Network Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the availability of 24/7 staffing schedule of network operations
  • Monitor network servers and systems health using various tools
  • Work with trouble tickets and support teams to restore network services
  • Design and maintain monitoring tools
  • Expertly troubleshoot and configure network devices remotely
  • Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support to global businesses
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent education
  • Total work experience of 3-5 years
  • Expert understanding of TCP/IP network protocol
  • Experience with routing and switching technologies
  • Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Controllers and access points
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
