The Role of a Data Analyst

  • This position involves using data to provide valuable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the daily challenges faced by the organization and utilizing data to better comprehend these issues.
  • Collaborating with the team to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Analyzing and compiling data related to business issues.
  • Developing clear visualizations to effectively convey complex data.
  • Preparing datasets according to client needs.
  • Suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the company's products.
  • Interacting with various customers to provide assistance during business hours and occasionally after hours.
  • Reviewing the Team's work and making corrections to prevent errors from flowing through.
  • Reporting to the manager in the US.
  • Training junior employees and new hires.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience given preference).
  • Minimum 75% marks throughout academics.
  • Freshers with at least 6 months of Python training eligible.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python will be an added advantage.
