Job Title: Commercial Portfolio Manager
The Commercial Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of a commercial property portfolio. Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing financial data, including rent rolls and lease maintenance, to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Reviewing and approving third-party accounting services to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in property management and accounting practices.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance loan compliance and optimize mortgage payments.
- Preparing unaudited financial reports and providing comprehensive audit support to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in commercial property accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Windows software programs.
