Job Summary:

The Service Assurance role is a key position within the organization, based in the CIS team. This role involves leading a tight-knit team of communication professionals who are responsible for protecting and enhancing corporate reputation globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close working relationships with Suppliers, SI Partners, OEMs, and Cross Functional Teams (CFTs).
  • Liaise with CFTs including Procurement, Finance, Account Payable, Product, CIS, and SA teams.
  • Manage CIS contracts & inventories, driving India and International Networks AMC and contracts renewals with Suppliers, OEMs, SIs, suppliers, and partners.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers, SI Partners, OEMs, along with Procurement Team.
  • Track all renewal transactions, follow up with Suppliers, SI Partners, and OEMs, and process invoices, cost accounting, and payment due diligence.
  • Manage AOP, providing AOP input, tracking renewal costs, periodic reporting to CIS team management, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure Suppliers, SIs, OEMs, suppliers, and partners acknowledgement on PO placed & contract activation confirmation.
  • Keep inventory system up to date with latest contracts renewal details.
  • Manage escalations and support internal teams for support-related issues.
  • Design and maintain processes documentation with CFTs.
  • Conduct overall accounting of cost and reviews with Finance team.
Person Specification:
  • Essential Qualifications: Master's degree or Similar with Minimum 5-10 Years of experience.

    • Technical:
      • MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS skills, Analytics
      • SAP tool
    • Functional:
      • Knowledge of AMC management
      • Knowledge of Procurement processes
      • Knowledge on Manual Provisioning
      • Knowledge on Contract Management
      • AOP building
      • PR/PO process
