About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Search and Social Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in various search and social platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, and more.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically as part of our team. Our goal is to inspire and attract our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize resource utilization and keep stakeholders informed
  • Ensure quality delivery meets service level agreements
  • Drive team adherence to internal and external tools and processes
  • Maintain team motivation through regular touchpoints and team engagement activities
  • Develop strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Take ownership of team/client management, performance monitoring, and reviews
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution on paid ads platforms, including Meta and Twitter
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends; analyze performance data and implement improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads, specifically
  • Expertise in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management, particularly for reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team and client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expertise in Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels is an asset
