We're looking for a skilled and data-driven marketer with expertise in scaling D2C brands.
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
- Create full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C brands.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
- Conversion & Growth Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize ad funnels to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
- Audience & Market Research
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value.
- Collaboration & Creative Direction
- Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches and promotions.
- Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
Main Responsibilities include Paid Media Strategy & Execution, Conversion & Growth Optimization, Analytics & Reporting, Audience & Market Research, and Collaboration & Creative Direction.
The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
Required Skills include strong understanding of digital ad platforms, proficiency with analytics tools, deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, attribution modeling, and proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns.
Growth-oriented with a test, learn, and scale mindset. Entrepreneurial and proactive in solving problems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Main KPIs include ROAS, CAC vs LTV ratio, Conversion Rate Improvement, Revenue Growth from Paid Media, Retention & Repeat Purchase Rate.
