Senior IT Executive

This is a high-level IT role that involves overseeing the management of both local and cloud servers, network infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Windows-based local servers, including file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD, and backup systems.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services — VMs, storage, backups, identity management.
  • Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery for both local and cloud environments.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Configure and maintain firewall policies, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
  • Ensure data security compliance, endpoint protection, and identity/access management across platforms.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and related IT hardware.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
  • Manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks, access points, and user authentication.
Secondary Responsibilities – CCTV:
  • Provide basic support for CCTV systems, including NVR monitoring and storage backup checks.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Document detailed infrastructure, network configurations, and IT procedures.
  • Assist with IT audits, asset tracking, and compliance documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid (cloud + local) setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN).
  • Proficient in firewall setup and management.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera basics and network storage monitoring is a plus.
