As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for retaining, renewing, and referring students, engaging with customers via calls and messages, and maintaining feedback from parents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retention and renewal of student subscriptions
- Customer engagement through calls and messages
- Maintaining customer feedback and ensuring timely action
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency in English communication and written skills
- Computer Science or technical background (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales (min 6 months)
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Result-driven with target-centric job experience
- Self-learning ability and high grasping power
