Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet business goals based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
  • Customer Acquisition: Generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Need-Based Selling: Ensure appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through existing customer base.

Sales and Business Development Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by meeting business goals based on ANP and case count. This involves generating new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base, as well as conducting regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.

The candidate will also ensure that they provide need-based solutions through a structured selling model and maximize revenue through the existing customer base.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and networking skills, as well as proficiency in the regional language. They must also have a valid driving license and own a bike. A minimum of one year of experience in field sales is required.

In addition, the candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
