Job Title:

Site Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the installation, erection, and commissioning of machinery, structural components, and industrial equipment at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute installation and erection activities for mechanical, structural, or electrical equipment at the site.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, GA layouts, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Supervise installation teams, ensuring safety protocols and proper resource allocation at the site.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning checks and assist in the commissioning of installed systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and propose corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain documentation of installation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements at all times.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in installation, erection, or commissioning in industrial, construction, or manufacturing projects.
  • Knowledge of site safety standards and statutory guidelines.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
  • Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
