**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation Expertise**: Execute precise and professional installations of window treatments, including curtains, blinds, and related hardware, ensuring alignment with client specifications and design plans.
- **Site Assessment**: Conduct thorough on-site assessments to determine the technical requirements and potential challenges for window treatment installations in various settings like residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and contribute technical insights for optimal installation solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in window treatments, curtains, blinds, and associated products to provide expert advice during installations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring that installations meet both internal quality standards and client expectations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve technical issues or challenges encountered during installations promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of the installation process, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installation activities, prioritizing the well-being of both team members and clients.
- **Knowledge of Motors**:Basic knowledge of wiring and motorisation is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Window Treatment Technician/Installer or similar role.
- Technical proficiency in installing a variety of window treatments and associated hardware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines related to installation activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications or training in window treatment installation.
- Knowledge of diverse window treatment styles and materials.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
