**About the Role**:
We are urgently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Installation Technician** to join our growing team. This role involves the installation and setup of **AV equipment** such as **projectors, screens, smart boards (optional), TV mounts, home theater systems**, and **CCTV/security systems** in both residential and commercial settings. **Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure AV equipment: projectors, screens, smart boards, TVs, and sound systems.
- Set up home theater systems and integrate audio/video components.
- Install CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related security system hardware.
- Run, terminate, and conceal wiring (HDMI, coaxial, CAT6, speaker wire, etc.).
- Mount and secure TVs, projectors, and smart boards safely.
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide on-site client training and support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Document work performed and maintain inventory of tools and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in AV or low-voltage installations (1+ year preferred).
- Familiarity with tools and installation practices for AV/security work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift/mount equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**:

- Experience with smart home systems or network configuration.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CTS, CompTIA, etc.).
