Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance on DCS hardware, software, and communication protocols to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers to implement interfaces between the DCS and MES systems, driving business value through efficient data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to DCS integration, working collaboratively with developers and support teams to resolve problems promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams on DCS concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and advancements in DCS technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with DCS systems in industrial automation or process control environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DCS hardware, software, communication protocols, and control strategies.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
