Finance Leadership Position

This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and maintain strong governance practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will also be responsible for optimizing capital allocation, managing treasury operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and models to support business growth and improvement.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Capital Structure & Treasury Management
    • Optimize capital allocation to support business initiatives and manage treasury operations effectively.
    • Ensure efficient use of company resources and minimize risk exposure.
    • Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.
  • Risk Management, Governance & Compliance
    • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management frameworks.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Oversee legal and regulatory filings and contract management.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Excellence
    • Standardize and optimize finance processes across the organization.
    • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Partner with IT operations to drive ERP-based automation and reporting enhancements.
  • Revenue Growth, Cost & Margin Management
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement.
    • Lead profitability reviews of business initiatives to identify new revenue streams.
  • Investor Relations & IPO Readiness
    • Build and execute a strong investor relations strategy.
    • Prepare the company for IPO readiness, including governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
    • Engage with external advisors and investors to position the company for future growth.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across the organization.
    • Partner with delivery, sales, and procurement teams to ensure aligned financial and operational strategies.
    • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their career goals.
