About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented Project Lead with strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/SaaS environments to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.

As a Project Lead at our organization, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business goals.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and product domains.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution and timely delivery.

You will lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will support the delivery of scalable conversational bots, Big Data capabilities, and advanced analytics pipelines that unlock valuable insights for enterprise clients.

Qualifications include an MBA or B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier 1 Institute, 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
