Generative AI Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled QA specialist with expertise in Generative AI Testing to contribute to our team's success.

The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test plans for Generative AI models and applications, ensuring accuracy, coherence, bias, ethical considerations, and alignment with business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI-based applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product managers to refine model performance and mitigate errors.

This role requires a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP models, LLMs, and deep learning architectures. Experience with AI testing tools and proficiency in test automation using Python or similar frameworks is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, coherence, bias, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for Generative AI models and applications.
  3. Maintain high-quality user experiences by validating AI outputs and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1-2 years in AI/ML testing or Generative AI applications.
  • Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.
  • Familiarity with model evaluation metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and precision-recall for AI-generated content.
