Artificial Intelligence Instruction Specialist

The role of AI Instruction Specialist will involve creating, developing and implementing comprehensive AI education programs. The ideal candidate will be an expert in AI with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to design and develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of learner skill gaps and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporate open-source technologies into the training curriculum and promote community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds and capstone assignments to ensure practical skill acquisition.
  • Create high-quality training content, documentation, assessments and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to design AI curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face.
  • Experience working with large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
