AI Content Specialist

The role of an AI Content Specialist involves the creation and optimization of content for large-scale e-commerce platforms. This includes designing, templatizing, and optimizing prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Engineering & Templatization: Design, test, and templatize prompts for LLMs tailored to e-commerce requirements.
  • Build scalable prompt libraries covering various categories.
  • Continuously optimize prompts to balance accuracy, realism, and brand guidelines.
  • Ai Model Utilization: Stay up-to-date with emerging LLMs and image generation models.
  • Experiment with closed-source and open-source models, evaluating trade-offs for quality, time, and cost.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure CTR uplift, engagement, and content conversion rates.
  • Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain workflows/recipes for large-scale AI image and copy production.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of generated outputs across 1000s of SKUs.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and studio teams to define acceptance criteria, quality scores, and guardrails.
  • Monitor production performance to deliver faster turnaround times and reduced cost per product.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, e-commerce, and technology teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
  • Train content teams on using AI-first tools and workflows effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or AI Content Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt optimization best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and e-commerce content needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure quality, cost, and performance metrics.
