As a skilled AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge SaaS products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) like Meta, Azure OpenAI, Claude and Mistral.

The role involves leading the product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of AI models with business requirements and user needs. You will also be responsible for building secure, scalable and efficient SaaS products that embody robust data management and comply with security and governance standards.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong experience in leading the development of SaaS products, including hands-on expertise with LLMs and SaaS platforms. Additionally, proficiency in AI engineering, machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and integrating models into SaaS environments is essential.

Other key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in product development, with at least 2 years focused on AI-based SaaS products
  • Demonstrated ability to fine-tune AI models using custom instructions to tailor them to specific use cases and optimize performance through techniques like quantization and model tuning
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycle management, including customer-focused design, product-market fit and post-launch optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive SaaS product success
