Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality control processes and inspect UAV sub-assemblies and assemblies.
  • Clear ground handling equipment, ground support equipment, and associated assemblies.
  • Apply knowledge of AIT processes, quality in-process documentation, and final documentation including kit traceability.
  • Understand materials, BOI, standard items, LRUs, PCBs, and detail parts, as well as their quality clearances.
  • Operate test equipment, conduct electronic testing, CMM, 3D measurements, and other related tasks.
  • Engage with customers and regulatory bodies for audits and clearance processes.
  • Cross-functionally work to manage non-conformities and customer feedback.
  • Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FAI, PFMEA, and basic NDT, DT, and special processes.
  • Manage quality execution using ERP systems and related production tools.

Job Description:

Our company seeks a skilled Quality Control Engineer to oversee the inspection, testing, and quality execution of UAV sub-assemblies and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in LV/missile testing, clearance of ground handling equipment, and strong knowledge of AIT processes and quality in-process documentation.
