Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Leader to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, integrating with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering high-quality data solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency
Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in data engineering, with 5+ years in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, leadership, stakeholder management, innovation, data strategy, governance, and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
