Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks with precision and quality using various techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Perform welding using various processes such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding based on project requirements.
  • Set up and operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Measure and align components using measuring tools and jigs before welding.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
  • Inspect and ensure quality of welded components using appropriate testing tools.
  • Collaborate with fitters, fabricators, and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures strictly.
Essential Qualifications:
  • ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or relevant technical trade.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on welding experience in fabrication industries.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding codes.
  • Good understanding of welding safety standards and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.
