Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team at ConsultBae India Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs that meet our brand's aesthetic.
  • Animate logos, graphics, and text for videos, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic through motion graphics, adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality video content with exceptional motion design, showcasing our brand's story and values.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, ensuring our brand remains competitive.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and contribute to the development of storyboards and animation workflows.
  • Manage and organize project files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Adjust and revise content based on feedback from the team or clients, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in motion graphics, animation, and typography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of video editing and compositing techniques, with excellent visual and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a creative team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines, with a solid understanding of design principles and color theory.
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques, with experience with motion capture and character animation being a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for interactive animations is advantageous.
