Senior Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role:

The Senior Motion Graphics Designer plays a crucial role in our creative team, responsible for translating complex ideas into compelling visual stories through motion graphics and animations. This role is integral in shaping the visual identity of our organization with a focus on delivering high-quality engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually stunning motion graphics for digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs
  • Animate logos, graphics, and text for videos
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic through motion graphics
  • Produce high-quality video content with exceptional motion design
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
  • Manage and organize project files and assets
  • Adjust and revise content based on feedback from the team or clients
  • Contribute to the development of storyboards and animation workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency
  • Apply animated elements to enhance user experience and engagement
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of animation guidelines and best practices
  • Provide support for video editing and post-production tasks
  • Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in motion graphics, animation, and typography
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of video editing and compositing techniques
  • Excellent visual and storytelling skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a creative team
  • Solid portfolio showcasing motion graphic design work
  • Understanding of design principles and color theory
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and implement changes effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest motion graphic design trends and techniques
  • Experience with motion capture and character animation is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for interactive animations is advantageous
