Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fabrication activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key objectives include planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to meet production requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans in line with production schedules.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for welding, fit-up, and dimensional specifications.
  • Manage personnel allocation, inventory of consumables, and maintenance of fabrication tools.
  • Promote productivity, minimize rework, and optimize production flow.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with WPS, NDT clearances, and material tracking procedures.
Essential Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of fabricated products, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  • Leadership abilities and hands-on management skills.

A strong candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities, hands-on experience, and technical expertise in fabricated products, ASME codes, and welding terminology.
