The Role

This is an individual contributor role at a senior level with high visibility across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver impactful training programs for our sales and business development teams in UK, AU, and EU regions.

As a strategic and influential team member, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership to craft learning solutions that align with business goals and drive company growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Impact Training
  • Design and run engaging online learning sessions
  • Create structured forums where the team can share, practice, and grow together
  • Develop and implement hands-on coaching and on-the-job training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated learning experiences
Requirements:
  • A high-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to make complex things simple
  • Exceptional facilitation skills across activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training
  • Good understanding of student housing market
  • Strong background in GenAI and LLM-based content development
  • 2-4 years of experience as a sales trainer
