Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to quality standards and experience in planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for suggesting solutions to identified deliverable problems, assisting operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, and analyzing and investigating reported quality issues.

Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing or updating inspection procedures, monitoring risk-management procedures, maintaining problem logs, and interpreting and complying with company quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Pursue continuing learning on new solutions, technology, and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related domain
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices and defect management practice
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation
