Quality Assurance Manager

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee the high quality of software products through the implementation of best practices and rigorous testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and refine test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to improve overall software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using relevant technologies such as Selenium and TestNG.
  • Analyze test results, track software testing metrics, and provide insights to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation.
  • Experience with trade finance platforms, web applications, databases, and APIs.
  • Strong expertise in functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
