Senior Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing TPI independently
- Managing document control (Gad, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
- Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
- Monitor all incoming, process & final inspection activities
- Verification of Raw material and inspection of bought out components
- Training to quality as well as production people to improve the quality & reduce the rejection
- Follow the checklist for preparing the incoming Inspection report
- On time Inspection Report preparation
- Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
- 5'S monitoring at the department
