About Quality Assurance Specialists
We're looking for a skilled professional to maintain consistent quality, uphold our brand's reputation, and deliver safe, high-quality products.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and maintaining quality control protocols and standards across production, warehousing, and packaging.
- Auditing and approving suppliers to ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and industry standards.
- Managing quality checks for raw materials, blends, and finished goods through internal and third-party labs.
- Successfully completing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.
- Leading issue resolution through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve quality processes.
