Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing automated tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress.io and/or Playwright
  • Create and update test documentation
  • Define test scope for the tested area and identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes
  • Provide technical support to other team members
  • Lead technical discussions and provide input on testing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in manual and automation testing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript programming languages
  • Excellent understanding of testing techniques and strong manual testing skills
  • Knowledge of good testing practices and ability to apply them in a practical way
  • Experience working with large datasets or customer bases is a plus
  • Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to the development of test reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD setup, SQL databases, and monitoring services like Rollbar and New Relic
