  • A strong working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules is essential.
  • A deep understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow is necessary for success.
  • The candidate should be able to interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills is a must for effective team management.
  • Candidates should be open to domestic or international travel for short as well as long durations.

About the Role:

  • This role involves identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • The candidate will assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Interacting with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables is an integral part of this role.
