Job Summary

This role is a key opportunity to drive strategic leadership and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud. As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead our data initiatives with 10+ years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will design scalable architectures, enable enterprise-wide data-driven transformations, and unlock customer insights through AI-driven personalization and intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, architect, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that integrate various platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Mentor and lead a team of professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools and personalization journeys.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
