Digital Sales Director

GaneshaSpeaks is seeking a Digital Sales Director to lead the company's e-commerce efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced e-commerce professional to join GaneshaSpeaks' dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO best practices. They will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and sales data to inform strategic decisions and develop actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience.
- Customer Insight Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory and Order Management: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order processing, and effective management of returns and exchanges.
- Tech Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging e-commerce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and web analytics.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
