Career Opportunity for Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our IT infrastructure projects, driving Agile delivery and ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Project Leadership: Guide project delivery, manage Agile ceremonies, and enable engineering teams to execute with clarity and efficiency.
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead bi-weekly sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across multiple infrastructure engineering squads.
  • Atlassian Tooling & Governance: Own and administer Jira projects, JSM, Advanced Roadmaps, dashboards, filters, and reporting structures that support team-level and portfolio-level visibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role within IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or enterprise systems environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
  • Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery for multiple concurrent teams, with a strong grasp of Scrum and hybrid project methodologies.
