Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef who will be accountable for the overall success of our daily kitchen operations. This key role requires a culinary expert who can lead by example, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and ensure a consistent high-quality product is produced.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen shift operations to ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
  • Assist Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation.
  • Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
