Key Responsibilities:

This position involves supervising and coordinating activities of a workstation in preparing and cooking food products. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of meals, ensure quality control, and maintain high standards of service. They will also be responsible for organizing work schedules, controlling labor costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment. They will possess strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The successful applicant will be required to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when necessary. They will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with colleagues, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
