About the Role: This key position supports the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and executing sales strategies. You will collaborate with senior professionals and recruitment teams to enhance our client base in the C-suite recruitment space.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the C-suite recruitment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to qualify leads and generate business.
  • Support the development of sales materials and presentations to communicate Nextyn's services and value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize business development strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of client interactions.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and business development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or executive search industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and achieving business goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field.
