Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a senior backend developer. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, serverless applications using AWS technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building robust, high-performance systems with NodeJS and TypeScript. Experience with cloud-based services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in writing tests using Vitest and ensuring code quality.

In this position, you will work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. You will also optimize for performance, scalability, and security while collaborating with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend services using NodeJS and TypeScript
  • Build and maintain scalable architectures with Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
  • Write robust tests using Vitest and ensure code quality
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
  • Optimize for performance, scalability, and security

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
  • Familiarity with Vitest and testing principles

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, Step Functions)
  • Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications
