Role: Identity and Access Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Engineer to administer and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. The successful candidate will have experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as understanding of identity reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies, collaborating with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure, supporting audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports, assisting in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning, identifying and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations, developing and maintaining documentation for IAM processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews).
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management).
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
