Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Access Management professional to spearhead the development and maintenance of our enterprise identity infrastructure.

This critical role will be responsible for ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise applications through centralized identity and access management (IAM). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise SSO infrastructure, including integration with cloud-based services like OKTA and on-prem applications.
  • Oversee authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) to guarantee secure and seamless access.
  • Optimize identity and access management (IAM) systems, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Federation Services (e.g., ADFS, Entra ID Connect).
  • Manage full account lifecycle operations, encompassing provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes, in tandem with HR and security systems.
  • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Monitor authentication systems and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
  • Develop and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, etc.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting on SSO (SAML, OIDC)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • At least 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
    • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
    • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
    • Experience with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Okta, or similar identity providers.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for identity automation.
    • Understanding of account lifecycle management and integration with HR systems.
    • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
