Identity Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Engineer to administer and maintain identity platforms. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control policies, monitoring access patterns, and collaborating with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implement and manage RBAC policies across systems.
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews).
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.
